The enrollment process is simple and personalized for each individual, to ensure that everything is done right from the beginning. This process makes getting started fast, stress-free and efficient!
Step 1: Contact us by phone, email, or visit our website at https://www.ovct.edu/.
Step 2: Schedule your Admission Visit – During this visit, we will discuss your goals, where you want to be in five years, financial aid, and steps on getting you enrolled.
Step 3: Schedule your Financial Aid Enrollment Visit – During this second visit at the campus, the financial aid office will have you bring in your tax returns and various information to help you fill out your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®). Furthermore, if you qualify for additional financial aid or institutional grants these will also be discussed during your financial aid visit.
Step 4: Begin School
